Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee and typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items have been sold. All sales are final.
We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inara.art.co@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund only in the case of items that are damaged during shipping.
